It is that time when you wonder your self what have you done.
I've never been such a talker all my life, my family always wondering what is on my mind coz I never like to chat or telling story...(unless it is related to their need). Not once or twice they're angry with this behavior, it's not that I don't want to tell them, but I always think that, does it really matter if I tell them the details, or is it necessary to go with every details...
I have the same situation with my new boss, he is such an nice person, really open mind person and always support on what I do and what I plan.
The thing is that with that kind of 'uniqueness' that I possess, it is difficult for me to tell every single details of my work unless it is DONE! I really like to chat with him in weekly basis, but the thought of "does it matter, does he want to hear this un-finish process, does he want an update even though it is still rough draft..." conquer almost all of my brain. And I know he is such a busy person with so many problem in our Process plant.
I think I should've talk to my Manager friend to get some input.. maybe I'll call her today. It is Friday here, it will be not so busy day, so maybe I can put "talking to my Manager friend" on my schedule :)

Satu yang selalu gw terapkan kepada diri sendiri maupun orang lain (terutama di tempat kerja) adalah jangan pernah berasumsi. Kalau kita tidak tanya, bagaimana kita bisa tahu. Kalau kita tidak tahu dan kita berasumsi lalu melakukan kesalahan...tidak ada orang lain yang perlu disalahkan kecuali diri sendiri karena berasumsi. Singkatnya : tanya, ngobrol, cari tahu. DO NOT ASSUME on ANYHTING! ALWAYS ASK!
